2026 Dementia Symposium

Join the Beyond Dementia Coalition for the 2026 Dementia Symposium, a community-wide event dedicated to education, awareness, advocacy, and support for individuals living with dementia, their families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
This inspiring gathering brings together experts, community leaders, service providers, and caregivers to explore innovative approaches to dementia care, share valuable resources, and foster meaningful connections. Through engaging presentations, interactive exhibits, and practical tools, attendees will gain knowledge, encouragement, and hope for the journey ahead.
Together, we can create a more dementia-friendly community where individuals and families feel supported, understood, and empowered.

BEYOND DEMENTIA COALITION

Making a Meaningful Impact Over 6,400 Georgians benefited from Beyond Dementia Coalition's three pillars of impact: Community Awareness, Practical Dementia Education, and Isolation Reduction. Through educational programs, community outreach initiatives, support services, and meaningful opportunities for connection, we continue to empower individuals living with dementia, support family caregivers, and strengthen communities across Georgia. This remarkable achievement would not have been possible without the generosity of our donors, the commitment of our volunteers, and the dedication of our community partners. Together, we are creating a more informed, compassionate, and dementia-inclusive future. Thank you for making this work possible.
2025 was an amazing year! Thanks to your financial and volunteer support, we were able to increase dementia awareness and knowledge for over 6,400 Northeast Georgians this year! This report is preliminary but the news is so exciting we couldn't wait to share it with you! Thank you!

With dementia diagnosis expected to double in the next three decades, our communities may be stronger if we prepare, by making dementia education and resources available and accessible to those affected by dementia and the communities that surround them.
