Bill Wittel
Chairman of the Board/C.E.O
Bill is a retired IT sales Management Professional with 40 years in business development for leading hardware and software firms. His passion to serve the community in support of education programs related to dementia began in 2018. During this time, his wife Ellen was suffering from alzheimers disease. He was invited to join Beyond Dementia Coalition, a volunteer organization. Today, Bill serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Beyond Dementia Coalition, Inc., where he leads the organization's efforts to develop, implement, and sustain innovative programs that support its mission of creating more compassionate, dementia-inclusive communities through education, awareness, and meaningful engagement.
MEGHAN JENNINGS, MMT, LPMT, MT-BC
Meghan Jennings is a board-certified and licensed music therapist with extensive clinical and practical experience serving both adults and children with a wide range of developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Inspired by both her professional background and her personal experience with family members affected by dementia, Meghan is passionate about advancing practical, evidence-based education that empowers caregivers, professionals, and communities.
As Beyond Dementia Coalition's Manager of Education Initiatives, Meghan leads the research, development, and implementation of innovative educational programs, including realistic role-play scenarios and behavior response training designed to equip caregivers and professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to provide compassionate, person-centered dementia care.

Bob Martin is a seasoned business and finance professional with more than 35 years of experience in accounting, operations, human resources, and nonprofit management. Known for his leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to excellence, Bob has successfully guided organizational improvements, strengthened financial performance, and fostered strong relationships with employees, donors, and community partners.
DEBBIE MILLSAPS
Administration
With a diverse professional background spanning senior living, banking, business ownership, and community engagement, she brings a wealth of experience to her role in Administration. She has more than eight years of experience in the senior living industry, serving in sales and marketing, activities, and dining services leadership roles. Her professional background also includes 18 years in the banking industry and experience as a small business owner.
In addition to her professional career, she is a 5th-degree certified Black Belt instructor, reflecting her longstanding commitment to leadership, discipline, mentorship, and service to others. Her broad range of experience and passion for helping people bring a valuable perspective to her work supporting the organization and its mission.

Kila Acey
Director: Isolation Reduction for Adults with Dementia
Kila brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and holistic practice, designing programs that reduce isolation and support emotional, cognitive, and social well-being. Her work integrates art, sound, mindfulness, and movement to create meaningful experiences for individuals living with dementia and those who care for them. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and serves as a Community Educator with the Alzheimer’s Association and a Volunteer End-of-Life Doula with Capstone Hospice, guiding families through the dementia journey with dignity and support.
