WHY EXHIBIT AT THe northeast georgia dementia symposium?
Dementia impacts not only those who are diagnosed but also their families, their neighborhoods, and their communities. Symposium Exhibitors add dimension to the dementia conversation and help connect people to valuable resources - YOUR resources. Exhibitors will be able to network with symposium attendees and explore their needs and how your services can help to support preparedness in the community, one Northeast Georgia family at a time.
We expect to welcome 350 participants, plus volunteers and speakers, during a full day of dementia programming accessible to everyone in Northeast Georgia, with no admission fees.
Symposium Exhibitors are well-positioned to showcase your commitment to dementia preparedness to the communities you already serve.
EXHIBITORS' PACKAGE
Each Exhibitor will be provided one 6' table from which to distribute materials, meet attendees, and exchange information.
Exhibitors will have logo presence in the symposium program and signage where available and appropriate, and on our website beginning July 1, concurrent with Registration opening.
Exhibitors may bring tablecloths, tabletop displays, and small standing displays or standing backdrops (maximum 8' width). There will not be pipe-and-drape space dividers and there is nothing (other than the table) on which to hang a banner or display.
Power is not available for Exhibitor Tables, unless you have purchased a Platinum or Diamond Sponsorship.
